My Savage is a 98'er (new - marked NP41B), with 3.200 km on it. Normally i have to switch to reserve at about 160 km. My manual says 8,0 l normal + 2,5 l reserve (10,5 totally). I don't know, if there are Savages, that are marked otherwise than with NP41B (from the same year). I know some older ones have NP41A.
